Summary
Sala-una embodies the potential to become a unique conference-resort on Sardinia, the island in the heart of the Western part of the Mediterranean Sea. The location is situated on the territory of the 2000 year ancient city Tempio Pausania, in the northern province Galluria.
Forum 2001 Foundation signed a contract with the municipality for a 99-year lease of a location of 10 ha, bordering on a natural reserve of 20.000 ha.. The municipality of Tempio granted a building permit.
Architect of Sala-una is Michele Saee who lives and works in Los Angeles, holding also office in Paris and Beijing.
We are entering the final phase of the development process, negotiating with potential investors the mutual conditions for participating in the property of the building, or in the exploitation by buying conference space.
